Up and Over Garage Doors
Canopy Doors
A single canopy door mechanism is contained within the door frame, with no horizontal tracks protruding into the garage space. It is balanced and assisted by an overhead torsion spring. When opened, the door forms a 'canopy', with approximately one third of the door outside the garage
Retractable Doors
Retractable doors open along horizontal tracks inside the garage, travel back into the garage space and are balanced and assisted by tension springs to the rear of the frame jambs.
Both canopy and retractable doors can be fixed to a timber frame, or can be supplied with a factory fitted steel box frame, which does not require treatment and will not corrode. All doors are supplied with security locking as standard. Steel doors are supplied in white, or a choice of 18 standard colours, plus Golden Oak and Rosewood timber effect foilcoat finish. Timber doors are available cedar tongue and groove boarded or panelled and either base coated or stained finish. GRP doors are available in white gloss or a choice of eight wood grain colours.
